One of the reasons sited for termination was:

"Rick falls behind in responding to customer e-mails because he spends too much time watching youtube videos"

I was very offended so I made myself clear.

I said: "Scott (my boss), I haven't gone to youtube even once since I started working here. Go ahead and check the log."

Didn't want to work for them anyway. Pricks...

Hey well-wishers.....Until choggie's probationary status is lifted, he is unable to perform properly and efficiently. Can't re-rase comments from users clogging his personal profile, (some old as dirt, others banal and self-destructive), can't privatize comments (which we can't imagine why this restriction even matters with all the cut-and-pasters and ignorers out there), and he can't FIX DEAD VIDS WITH NEW EMBED CODES-Which is what he would like to do before they die.

Choggie received some auto-generated e-mails this AM from siftbot, reminding that a number of his published viddies are dead-Choggie checked, the embeds are out there for most of them. Perusers with good-intentions or otherwise in their stalwart efforts to keep the sift free of clutter have started a clock-o-tikkin' he is helpless to smash with a hammer.

Would anyone like to help fix some of them??? He would be most gracious, as always, to return the favor in kind once his restrictions are removed.

Don't know if any of you have run across this fun anomaly.

Here's some light humor for ya - if you click on "Members" then click on any of the page numbers, say, 2, 3, 4. It doesn't matter.

Then you can pretty much type anything after that and it will be recognized as the new page you're looking at.

Teacher, poet, well-known lounge whore and all-round good guy, JiggaJonson has soared through the ranks of siftdom to arrive at the ruby station. He received his lovely jewel and commented "where's my parade!?", and here it is!

JJ is an avid lounge user and I have had many talks with him there. He's really a nice fella, who all the schoolgirls swoon over. He has his opinions, which have resulted in both roses and tomatoes thrown at him, but he's always come back smelling of daffodils.

He's got over 70 videos in his personal queue and usually a bunch in his queue too.

We have another crown in our midst, siftizens, and it's none other than Monsieur Arvana. By now everyone who's been here for more than a few months knows his name. He's the dude who routinely brings us some of the most interesting and most entertaining videos the net has to offer. That arvana. (You know, the one who reminds you of Jeff Bridges. Or maybe it's just me. Hey, I still remember his long-haired look, and even then he reminded me of Lebowski. Sort of. Or Patrick Swayze. Just ask rottenseed. Except he's alive. Arvana, that is.)

Okay, so where was I? Oh yeah, arvana just got a thousand stars, so I whipped up this half-assed shopped photo of him. Blame it on Monsieur John Daniels for its amateurish....ness. And my lack of shopping skills. But give it up for arvana while you're at it. He deserves it.

Our little boy is growing up! EndAll now has his ruby. Who says pot heads can't get anything done????

If you have spent time any amount of time talking to Ollie, you know that he is a wonderful and lovely person. Not only is he fantastic but he also is the youngest sifter that I know of. I have had the pleasure of talking to him on many occasions and I can tell you without a doubt that he is a quality member of the sift. His contributions have been many, and I am willing to bet he will be one of of crowned members in the not too distant future. He also loves a good conspiracy and has a bit of the art bug in him.

So get his PQ sifted and leave him a note. Take a drop by his Flickr to see some of his art work as well.

Ollie you are a real treat and, on behalf of the entire community, thanks for being a part of the ever growing family!!!

Hello Happy Sifters!

Happy Channel owner Issykitty here, and my dearest then-fiance dystopianfuturetoday and I had been away on vacation for some weeks in the good ol' state of Montana, USA.

Last night we made it to the state of Nevada...

and earlier today we made a few stops in the city of Las Vegas to obtain a marriage license and then went on to have a civil ceremony that took place at about 2:30 pm (Pacific Time). What I'm trying to say is that I am now legally and officially MRS. DFT as of today, and we are very overjoyed and elated to share the news with all of you!!!

Condolences to Kronos and Blanky.
