Why can't you answer my point about Blacks allowed to organiSe while Whites can not? Why can't Whites have a professional organiZation or two. There is one for every profession that is just for Blacks or any other race....except Whites.
Maybe this could be a point here... The english spelling differs from the american, as in many other words (sulphur/sulfer, colour/color, paedophile/pedophlie).

It's really very apparent that human beings are simply animals when considering how many of us supposedly intelligent people so easily possess such prejudice and ignorance. Racists such as yourself always find it so easy to discount the fact that millions of Black people were taken forcibly by slave export companies in Africa and enslaved for hundreds of years (I'm sure if you had it your way they'd still just be slaves) and during that time they were strictly restricted from any form of education and treated equally to mere livestock. This could not help but result in evolving new, unique social traditions, cultures, and attitudes different from any non-slaves, White or not. (This is also the origin of the still common dialect inherent in many Black communities. The were only able to pick up pieces of the "proper" English spoken by their captors.)
Once slavery finally ended in America, which happened only recently, relatively speaking (150 years ago - a mere 8 generations), Black people were still treated as animals throughout the nation, released onto their asses without a prayer for a "normal" life with a home, job, or education. It was all but impossible to make any type of personal advancement when they were all treated as sub-human creatures by everyone around them.
They were brought to this country with absolutely nothing and after hundreds of years of slavery and just a few generations free from it, finally (only a couple of decades ago) they were legally given equality in every way (meaning education, segregation, etc.). Just because they have gained legal equality does not mean they have it any better when having to navigate life in a country still filled with hatemongers like yourself. The government has been attempting to help advance the African American societies it has held back for so long through housing, employment, and other programs as a simple attempt to help increase opportunities for advancement; it's the least that can be done in attempt to provide some measure of equivalence and some means to try erasing the past.
In short, you and people like you, Jozeph, are convinced that since the government finally, begrudgingly granted legal equality 40 years ago (in part, through the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Voting Rights Act of 1965) there is nothing more preventing all Black Americans from immediately achieving affluence and your apparent idea of social equality. However, given all of the history that got them where they are today including the vast racism/hatred/prejudice still inherent in most non-Blacks, they are severely handicapped with regard to their ability to achieve true equality. All the communities that have evolved from bigotry/slavery are expected by bigots to wipe their history and all of its influences clean while they are still being looked down on just for being Black and having that history imprinted in them.
They are not who they are because they are Black. They are who they are because they were forcibly made that way over hundreds of years and through millions of lives. The very best that can be done to help the situation is to forcibly undo in decades what took centuries to do, but, unfortunately, even that gives you cause to hate. The only way people like you will truly be satisfied is if they are all victims of genocide.
And NONE of the programs you mention are EVER slate to END, so "no" they are not created for the reasons you list. Who is to decide if Blacks are in need of some special treatment? Blacks, apparently. It is flawed by design.
And if you want to hear racism, listen to the Blacks who voted for other Blacks - exactly as I would have predicted and my detractors would have denied.

The only genocide being perpetrated is one against Whites committed by Blacks. Compare the murder rates.
Of course those programs aren't planned to end. You must have missed the point of my entire dissertation up there. Black people did not decide to become slaves and thought of simply as animals by all White people. They did not decide to have no means to live a normal life after slavery. They did not decide to not be able to vote. They did not decide to be segregated from the White communities in schools, buses, public, and everywhere. Since even before the founding of this nation, Black people have always been looked down on as creatures that are not human beings, but some kind of evolved apes. When essentially the entire White society and even the government treat you accordingly, you have not the liberty of making any decisions about what happens to you or people like you. So, now the government is finally trying to help advance the Black communities that were spawned from centuries of hate, persecution (both of which still exist), and segregation. Maybe it's not the best plan and maybe it won't work, but the government must do something, even though nothing they ever do will be able to just erase the history. That just isn't possible.
The reason Black people are not held liable when they speak/demonstrate/etc against White people is that it isn't a black and white issue, pardon the pun. If it were, you could just conclude that anyone who says something negative about other racial groups must be stopped. I don't think it's a good thing and it doesn't help advance Black communities in any way, but it's acceptable by the public because they have been the victims of hatred and shunned by society for centuries. While our founders were fighting the Revolutionary War and building our country, Black people were always enslaved. The government and White people are solely responsible for the creation of the Black communities and culture that exist today, so now it is their responsibility to improve them in any way possible.
My point about genocide was that you and your kind would never be satisfied with anything regarding Black people except for all of them to be gone from this planet.
I think we're good and done discussing this. There is no point to further exacerbate the issue. Your kind will never allow the consideration that your bigoted points of view might be a bit off base and the discussion will simply continue in circles.
We would love to erase History and not have Blacks in the country. If anyone should be paid reparations, it should be Whites who were never reimbursed for the slaves they paid for and reimbursed for the Black crime wave which is still occurring (despite being a small minority, they commit a MAJORITY of murders).
If what you say is correct, though, the programs would be designed to end. But they aren't. Blacks have had a free ride for nearly a half-century and you think it needs to continue? You are the one off base.
You can predict how much crime a city has by how many Blacks and other minorities are there. What does that tell you?

Many of us speak English also, NickyP. I'd bet there are probably 1.8 times more people in the world who spell that word "organization". I am sure you could punch each word into Google and get the total occurrences of each word if your were interested. Who cares though, Jozephs racial bias is 100 times more detestable than your language issues.
Why does any Gold promote any Sift? Because they like it and think it was under-appreciated at the time, surely?...Isn't that the idea of the SiftBot invocation? To use it as the Sifter (whose earned it) feels it should. I don't question your use of SiftBot save/promote, as I assume you do the same - maybe there's a Sift Talk / FAQ you should read on it (doubly so: as you seem to rarely use them).
I'm very disappointed Theo...I'd expect snipes like this from a less-mature/involved Sifter, such as here. And if you genuinely want the reasons:

Why can't anyone answer the question as to why there is a disproportionate number of black murderers, drug dealers, etc in our prison systems, when as a group they are a numeric minority in this country?? Please don't repeat the line that the justice system is completely slanted to help whites. I have been in the security field for 10 years and I can personally attest to the fact that predominately black neighborhoods are far more likely to be overrun with drugs and crime, and I am not even in any large city. It's just a fact that I have personnally seen in every instance. Since many people here have made reference to people's English and such, I make no claim to being a perfect speller. As a side note, I made some wonderful friends in these neighborhoods that I worked in during my security career and worked as hard as I could to keep the nice people that lived in the areas as safe as possible. I hope one day this stuff can be worked out. Thank you for the chance to express my thoughts here.
